i thought i had done it right, but it only shows as the url and not the picture
do i go into edit signature and then post a [img] etc style code?
its stored in photobucket

I think that function has not been enabled in the forum, and I'm not sure when/if it will be enabled. I hope Admin will pop in to respond to this as well.
Feel free to enter a link to your blog or text such as your name, etc., in your siggie until it gets worked out!

Nope, I still don't have the option to enter an image in my signature.
And I don't have the option to add an avatar image either . . .

are they hosted on a site like photobucket? All I did was paste the IMG code here and they showed up...
ETA::: Cheryl I found the option to allow it....let me know if you are still having problems

Jill: When I post the image code from Photobucket, that's all it shows . . . and when I try to load an image into my signature by putting in the Photobucket URL, it says the remote file is too large? In most forums, I just c**** on the insert image icon . . . but I don't have the insert image icon when I'm editing my signature. I have one when I am posting (like right now I see it), but not when I'm adding into my signature. All it shows is the code.

I give up! LOL, I have tried everything but painting it on and can't get my blinkie to show. :confused:

you have the direct link in the siggy...I believe you need to replace it with the IMG code :)
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm now i wonder if i can have a go at this
will be back in a minute to see if i have got it to work
